Then don't mention it because her result was not announced and she was not absent.

Mu suggestion, don't mention it. But if you want to, then leave it blank in online application and on hard copy you'll have 4 blank rows to mention previous attempts. So just mention it as canclled by pen

I guess I've been asked about the same issue before.

I would highly recommend you to contact FPSC in this regard and confirm from them about her attempt too, as to has she consumed it or not ? as she was underage and she had taken all of the papers.

I had mentioned my institute names in both of my attempts. I think mentioning institute names is also good because it full fills the requirements for what we are asked to fill up the form completely. Rest, everybody is the master of his own will but I will again fill up the institute names as per my part.

@Cannibal

Dear, I will recommend you to fill up the institute names. Rest you are the master of your own will. Besides, incounternable is more senior than me he will better guide you properly.

Dear when you are specifically asked to put Location and not the name of the institute, so why would you do it ?

Anyways, I would quote LI's quote here that you can not put bata shoes on servise shoes outlet.

I have pointed out the option where we are supposed to fill up the institute names, hope you got my point.

For example If you have done MBA, you have to fill up the institute name like IBA, Karachi.............IBA, Sukkur and so on..

Thanks

Well in University's case, University is itself the examining body and in college/school's case it is the Board and not the School itself.

Hope you got my point.
