Thank you for answering.

One more question. I have printed out the challan form and intend to pay the fee tomorrow. This challan form has 4 different boxes, which are copies for FPSC, Duplicate, Bank Copy and Candidate Copy. Will the person at the bank fill out all 4 of these and give me back the 3 copies? Is this challan form available at the NBP if I don't take a printout with me when going to pay the fee?

You will have to take the printout! And the banker will only give the original and the duplicate back! You will attach the original with your application!

I have mentioned my previous attempts but have forgotten to attach result cards. What to do?

Seniors, how do we know our forms are recieved and accepted?
And what factors could lead to rejection of the forms?

You were not required to attach result card of previous attempts.....

You can track its delivery at FPSC through TCS Tracking by the Consignment Note Number...

And about acceptance... FPSC will publish list of accepted and rejected candidates before exams...

Rejected candidates will be given time to make corrections or send any missing documents FPSC asks for and that also within stipulated time to avoid cancellation of candidature...

Asalam o alikum.....I want to ask a question that while applying for CSS we only upload a picture in online application form or we also Have to send attested pictures with hardcopy of the form through TCS....please give a prompt reply...thanks

4 passport sized pictures attested at the back also write your name and father name at the back

Is it necessary to fill each and everything in the form or we can only fill the fields marked with * ?
