hello@sara n mr honey,with all due respect i would like to say that i dont think so that any girl is intrested to show her personel problems to so many people on forum.its really after all my efforts n consultation with doctors which went in vain that i thought to share my problem on forum because i beleive thta sometime a doctor is unable to do good for someone or ksi ki choti ci advice b kaam dikha jati he n u gain ur aim from dat.hope u understand what i tried to say.so many people gave me advices here may be any one of that would work for me.n i dont think k me n females c related koi esa issue raise kia he jis c females ki insult hui ho.its a common problem both with females and males.
@airbender thanks for ur precious advice but i had used this formula for almost 2 months but then my stomach got upset as milk shake of dates get quite heavy so .... |

Well eating so much does not mean to eat everything at a time. You should eat something than take a break than again eat something than take a break and so on.... Well Potatoes can make u fat too.. Enjoy french fries these days..

salam to all members of this forum I am a junior member i read the whole thread and realize that you should take extra calories as Mr. Shakeel Mehmood Awan said that a normal human consume 2000 to 3000 calories per day it depends on his work and leisure. you must take more than 3000 calories per day. so use the food having high calories and fat like butter, chocolate, cake, pastries, red meat, eggs, milk,Cereals etc these are tasty things and you should eat as much as you can first of all make time table that describes that at what time which food should be taken. for the detail information of calories and fat plz visit the site

I was 12 kg underweight when I appeared in CSS medical test. Consequently, i was deferred and made to appear again one and a half month later but instead of gaining weight, I had lost another kg and I was 13 kg underweight.
However, i was cleared in the medical exam (infact, all weight related issues are finally ignored). Now, after 4 years almost, I have gained more than 18 kgs without any conscious effort. Sometimes, it so happens that tensions about your exams, future life, relationships etc keep you worried and you keep on burning your calaries. Try to lead a happy life, and your health will improve. Also consult a physician to assess if any hormonal changes are causing your weight loss. Diabetes can also be one of the reasons.
