Yeah dear these are enough. You may refer following books:
1.ilmi's cell and molecular biology for cell, genetics and ecology portion
2.Guyton and Hall for human physiology concerned topics,or anyother handbook of physiology like BRS physiology
3.fundamentals of ecology by ecosystem.
4.Evolution from any book or other source like net.

In guyton, cell organelles are very briefly given just 5,6 points. Would that be sufficient?

Q.1Evolution of heart implies the embryokogical development of heart and subsequent change in the course of time. Here we'll mention the sources of devlopment of various parts of heart like atrium, ventricles etc.
Q.2 different types hearts mean two chambered, three chambered and four chambered heart in various vertebrate groups.
Regards.

In paper 2 ? What are we going to draw in evolution or ecology or genetics?
And does the art in diagram matter or its just to give an impression ?
