From outlines, I can safely say it was a good essay building. I can have the glimpses of stuff written between these lines and it seems good. The main difference between essay and paragraph is the potential margin of essay to wonder around topic for garnishing the final product, so one can give some potential examples against his statement. Similarly one can quote legislative steps taken by Pak decision makers and negate its impacts by providing statistical evidences to remove the confusion from examiner's mind.
