Indus Basin are virtually life-lines for Pakistan and its people . Pakistan economy mainly depend upon its agriculture and it is reality and No wonder that our productivity of many crops on part of the Indus Basin under Indian control. but question is that is 2014 flood in Pakistan is due to Indian,water terrorism, ?? no doubt Indian water terrorism play its havoc role in that flood but we can not say that it is totally due to India because that time some states of India was also facing monster of flood in 2014 ,awful mismanagement of water resources in Pakistan are big cause of flood in Pakistan.

are floods more disastrous due to our goverments mismanagement or indian's planing or just a clamity of Allah

Flood is blessing from Allah Almighty but it becomes disaster by people. Before modern irrigation system the land were irrigated on flood water. If the dams are built then it will able to save water which fertile thousands of acre otherwise it will be disaster and destroy the standing crops due miss management. Therefore I consider it is due to miss management that distortion are occurring due to flood.

If we build dams to save flood water ,it becomes blessing then we fertile thousands of acre of land which are fertile due to scarcity of water. all distortion are occurring due to only miss management.

Yes its absolutely right. Every person will agree with you on this. And a very strange thing we have to face after flood, almost every year is the shortage of water in desearted ares like Thar or mithi.
Its absolutely a lack of management by authorities, if we manage the flood in a proper way by creating storage for it, it will turn into a resource for us.

Floods can be prevented to a great extent by building storage facilities i.e. dams. Other measures include strengthening of banks of rivers and canals and increasing the storage capacity of existing dams.

Its totally an awful management of water resources.
If the dam politics will be stop i am 100% sure that these floods will be turn into a great resource for us.
