sir, this world of CSS is full of miracles. I wrote essay on "does foreign aid help to achieve economic stability" i wrote it in the context of Washington consensus imf SAPs the impact of these policies on economic stability. I also explained the non conditional aid. My gist was: the intentions of donor and character of recipient determine whether aid will bring Stability or not. I was, however given the marks of irrelevant essay ”9ü8”9ü8”9ü8”9ü8

Then what should be the solution.? Things count in number and punjab is ahead of it.you made ten universities in each provinces.number of pass students would be greater in punjab then in balochistan.because of large population ...same is case with css too bro

While with integration of population we will be immune from so called sepratists movements too and we will see cultural and ethnic harmony.Sad to see no one feels proud being muslim first as they are more busy in cultural,ethnic rifts

I am filing a petition in senate of Pakistan alongwith writing a letter to Syed khrshid shah. Anyone who is interested to file a petition can do so here

although I am done with my attempts, I feel that the genuine rights of serious CSS aspirants are being usurped. Their time energies money and sacrifices are being ridiculed by fpsc, especially its DG secrecy and checkers.

Please review my suggestion also;
  • Candidates who are not allocated should not be stand in a row of failed and they should be carried as a Qualifier for the next CE. This method is applicable in Armed Forces Selection also, where the ISSB recommended candidates result valids for the next 1 year
  • If any candidates (Not Allocated) want to sit in again as fresh, his/her old record is closed.
  • Slots empty in any quota must not be mingled/ distributed in the next session and should be added to respective quota so that to maintain the ratio unchanged.
You have fully right to agree or disagree

I think there shouldn't any hesitation in sharing experience between institutions like we have to learn somethings from Military
The Pakistan Army tests about 2,00,000 candidates a year in two session and select 450 now 700+ for the Comission through PMA Long Course..... (Now look into army as an institution how its one of the most developed all over the world) we should learn from it
