That was a special favor for him, a contractual appointment. But what i wanted to describe its not only DMG offiicers at helm of affairs at Pak secretriat. Secretariat group is also involved.

Yes it was contractual appointment like many others.. But what i want to say is that not only bureaucracy is involved but politicians are also involved.. Since being a civil servant i dont/cant term every civil servant a dumb and foul but most of us are... any ways.. God bless HEC..

Agreed. But HEC has done a good job. Brought all DG's of their own and not appointed APUG officers there, and saved it from influence of APUG officers

Kindly adopt some manners and avoid using words like "Dictator minded group" for "District management group". You are Insulting every DMG (be it of past, present and/or future) with this. You may have a different view point but that does not give you the right to come down on name-calling.

I also heard that PPP Govt. has settled issues with Legari (chairman HEC) by pressuring his brother. That s why Dr atta ur rehman came forward to save HEC.

It is now responsibility of Young University Faculty members to araise voice for HEC s existance.

Right to protest avails every where.

Is it not true DMG is destroying HEC for their funds? Do all PCS in punjab are not raising their voices agaist DMG s cruelity?

If yes, then what s wrong in saying them DMG (Dictator minded group).

Please healthy criticism bi bardashat krna sekheen.

What you "hear" is not a fact, neither has it anything to do with a fact. Please do say something that is logical and/or for which you have some proof. Accusing is easy, proving is difficult.

Provinces always brag "SOBAI-KHUD-MUKHTIARI" and blah blah. Does that mean, only easy-going things for provinces or should they also something tough and prove themselves? Protest and misbehavior are 2 different things. Freedom of speech has some limitations, there exist no such thing as "Free speech" because what might be freedom of speech for you might be an offensive and hateful speech for me and vice verse. It's freedom for them & an offense for us as we are offended by it .. so don't adopt double standards, Right to protest means not insulting someone .. protest can be done peacefully without name-calling and making fun.

I don't know if DMG is destroying HEC for their funds or not, I have no proper knowledge on the issue so I cannot comment however Even If they are (For the sake of argument, I agree with you) then does that give you the right to insult them and call them names instead of criticizing them in a positive way? Are you Interested in Results or taunting/abusing?

iss thread ko gaur se parheen to aap ko pata chale ja ke asal issue kia hai?
agar provinces ko HEC dai di jai g, to army b provinces ko dai dain, us main kia masla hai, wo b to provincial autonomy hai,,,,,,,

please thread parh lia kreen, apne comments ka chaka lagane se pehle please.

What a Illogical suggestion. Defense Is never given to provinces, you just made me laugh. Somethings can be handled only by federal gov, Army is one of them and rightly is. HEC can be managed and maintained by provinces, it's not a big deal. The people deciding this are more experienced, educated & knowledgeable than you are & they have to take care of things of which you have no Idea not even in your dreams. They are not children playing with toys, If they decide something so big they must have done their homework and will be aware of the drawbacks and benefits. Instead of abusing them, why don't you ask them the logic behind this and then comment on their logic and/or Idea behind this? That will be positive criticism and will make sense .. currently you are only wasting your time and our time
