It is the fundamental duty of state to provide standardize education to their citizens, but here the situation is vice-verse. but here I suggest that government should ban on the private schools which are just like shops who sells the education, and established a wing in education department which arrange such teams who regularly monitoring schools on weekly basis and evolute progress reports. That teams must be consist on honest and responsible person (includes parents, educationalists, teachers etc)... & NGOs must focus on the standard of primary education... Further in this regard use every plat form of society.

main thing in working of any organization or institute effectively and efficiently is to establish transparent check and balance system but unfortunately in sindh there is lack of transparency in every department ,specially education department is full of corrupt individuals at every level.
this is the main reason behind very low standard of primary education in sindh.

Cool

1st of all the big problem with our primary education is "medium" system, english medium and urdu medium.Students who studied in urdu medium cannot compete on larger grounds with those who have got good quality education. In gov schools teachers have least interest in their teachings, they are only concerned about their salaries and grades.

Primary education is always need more attention by parents and teachers , On my father's time the level of education is very high , but after 1970's it continuously dropping .

As a Sindhi I can express something on this topic. When I studied in Government Primary School ( near Ghosia Masjid Camp2 ) , the education level pretty low for English teaching , When I reached to 5th class , I have studied 2nd class English book ,because the teacher are metric passed and don't have skills to teach 5th class books. That's mean they are not able to teach. the stories goes long so just I put my suggestions here.

1 - A teacher for Sindhi School must speak Sindhi , Urdu and hard grip on English like Beacon School Teachers of Islamabad.

2 - Majority of students is belong to rural area and mostly government schools are in villages. The students need latest infrastructure in schools and extra time to learn because they learn slowly then urban kids.

3 - A high standard teacher cannot be work in rural area because of feudalism parallel system. So government first need to remove this hurdle.

4 - The remote area buildings and electricity problem is to high in Sindh , Most of the villages have low voltage and 12 to 16 hour load shedding problems , this also Government Responsibility.

5 - Salary packages + Conveyance allowance + accommodation is higher for village teacher who must be from outside and well educated.

6 - Children of rural area and interior Sindh also discourage and dishearten because of illiterate parents and uneducated environment , so it need door to door awareness program for elders to enhance the thinking behavior.

7 - People of Sindh are mostly related to Agriculture and "Small and medium scale business" , they prefer to invest business rather spend on education , and people who have dream for their children are poor and unaffordable for private schools expenses . Their is no academy after school system in Sindh , mostly tutors are students of FSC and BA level ( who are basically unemployed and try to ruin others children education foundation) . so the remedial centers on volunteer basis by teachers or Social Worker are needed to poor background belongings.

Their are many other things to tell , but these things need high priority.

Default primary education

no thats nt matter on it that the childern of both stadies together .everyone has his own choice..but gvt should reform the policy of education that is on the base ediquate marit..there is some factor given bellow, should it adhered no obsticle in the way of better primary education
1.appointment of teacher must be on marit
2.no political influences should be in appointment
3.young and careberal teacher should be prefered
4.motivate the students
5.providing full marit scholarship and chance to go ahead.
6.compitiative exame, fuctions, and other event should be conducted

The most impotant thing is that training of teacher.there should be make policiy/commession which deals with that one...
