can CJ do that , i mean i am confused if cj has the authority to deploy army in a city then he might also have the authority to declare country ar war if somebody files a petition

i don't think so that army alone can bring change in the condition of Karachi without the cooperation of political parties.

He is just demanding about army operation in Karachi, i haven't said that He does exist such authority to deploy army in Karachi sir.

Yes, it's a suggestion by his side because he is just watching the current position of Karachi which can't be solved by anyone except this armed force.

well dear he is the head of third branch of government, he is not in a position to make demands like head of a political party.

I agree but he is suggesting because now there is no more hope for the solution of this issue on political basis, secondly it's not a recommended demand by his side that it should happen in any case. I have just posted that news to show you guys that other solutions for this issue have failed.

karachi security problem is a political one and it should be sort out amicably and politically. army is not a solution of the problem at all. our politician are politically so trampled and handicapped that when they can not find a solution politically and arbitrarily they cried out to army to help them maintain peace , and when army do so in their own way, of course, then everybody come up with their conclusion about the role of army and their brutality
