You have read it and still you are asking the benefits? Wasting time. The biggest benefit will be enhanced competition, incompetent, worthless junk won't be able to get into the country's administrative affairs and only best of the best, really competent students will get succeeded. The best candidates will be comprising bureaucracy, and that will make pakistan stronger, better, greater. Being competent means "unafraid of competition." You admitted that you were against age relaxation, so its logical to conclude that you are against competition. Being afraid of competition makes one incompetent.

age relaxation will give chance to lazy craps to enter in govt. and ruin it. i am defending those competent ppl...who have zeal and passion and they can do anything for their country but some bazurgs always poke their nose and make the matters worse.

About sacrifice! You are the one afraid of sacrifice. But the Prime Minister has asked the Commission to raise the age limit, and you will soon get involuntarily sacrificed because competition will get enhanced and incompetent ones will be sidelined. You consider sacrifice good for others and not for yourself? Why is that? Isn't that hypocrisy. Yes I believe in sacrifice, and sacrifice got nothing to do with age. Its purely narrowmindedness to discriminate on the basis of age. Cowards and hypocrites and incompetents will fail to get posting and that's what a competitive exam is about, its beauty.

Incompetent coward

And I'm very sorry for you not being a professional degree holder. Even css won't give you that. Lady doctors look better, they have an attitude to stand amongst others in society. Take for example Dr QuratulAin, the topper of CE 2008. Tch tch you will never get that. I stand a chance. Even if I don't, I'm far better than you can imagine in your wildest dreams. I have the best degree and job experience at such young age as 28. Now tell us your credentials? Now whose competent and whose old and whose lazy cat?

I can't believe how stupid people can get. The age limit should be reduced and not increased. It is a fact that a younger workforce is better in all aspects and this has been proved through various researches over the years. In all multi-nationals, the most coveted post is that of a Management Associate (locally known as MT/MTO) which has a fast track career growth with end objective of being placed in the Top management. All Management Associate posts have an age requirement and it ranges from 23-25. For graduates, it is 28. Yet here in Pakistan, everything flows in the opposite direction. Not to mention that we already have to cater to the young population of under 25 which is more than 50% of our total population. I also strongly believe that anyone above the age of 28 who couldn't get a job till now is a failure. He must have applied for jobs everywhere and was rejected (hence he wants to apply in civil service). This alone is reason enough to disqualify him. In case he was idle all these years, then this again is a reason not to consider him.

your desperation for css shows that u are not what u have depicted yourself in the above posts as successful-professional degree holder creature. i don't like to get personal but u call for that.... Mr.tch tch,you are already loosing your memory..i wonder what will happen till 35?...it's doctor Noorulain, the topper.she also managed to pass within 28 yrs limit... Quote:
don't try to impress me with your all-knowing attitude.... i hate EDS... my arguments maybe fallacious...coz i believe i am a learner not a master... i am not arrogant like u who instead of giving arguments becomes emotional... True that how stupid people can get fearing enhanced competition while Css is basically a competitive exam. Enhancing competition means only best of the best will get posted. Its true in pakistan things have been flowing backwards since 2001 when Musharraf reduced the age limit for the css exam. Restoring and enhancing age limit is the long awaited move. Fpsc has been conducting various studies about the age limit, syllabus and qualification criteria. Now when at last they have decided to enhance the age limit, syllabus and scheme in the light of those studies, so that proves that increasing age limit will bear positive results.

And for being emotional just look at your own post, I guess you are in some inferiority complex, jealous of all other ladies doctors out their. It must had been your parents wish to make you a doc but unfortunately you discouraged them greatly by not being good at science subjects, as you admitted. Now you are vying for the css ( your last hope), head over heels, and that's why scared of competition because you know that chances of your failure increases with the increasing in age limit. If you get failed in css, your graduation or whatever you did, won't be enough to satisfy you, or give you any decent job. My sympathies. As far me, I'm a doc and I will become csp, both. I will consider that an achievement. Not only that, I have other plans as well. Life is all about achievments, isn't it? But what can we do now when its the decision of the Prime minister, chairman Fpsc and all the fpsc members to raise age limit? Chairman is an honorable retired Justice, and all other members are retired army Generals and 22 grade federal secretaries? Do they seem stupid to you to do that? You know more than them? If so then ok I agree.
