Tell them about your higher qualifications during interview, they will consider it in final merit calculation.

HR department NTDC.
But they have include marks of extra qualification in determining merit for interview. keep this thing in mind, if you don't mention your extra qualification in NTS form, then they will not consider it in merit for interview. i am sharing information about lower grade staff like BPS-14, 15 etc. Only they will receive letters in this week or next week. BPS-17 scale vacancies are deal by different committee. |

Goverment policy for interview
Interview
Top 05 (five) candidates would be short listed for interview for each post to be filled through fresh recruitment. The short listed applicants, as a result of screening test, would be interviewed after verification of academic/professional credentials and testimonial. The Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) constituted vide Rule 2(e) of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, Transfer) Rules 1973 would adjudge the applicant on the following criGria for selection:- Score in the test would have 70o/o weightage. The rest of 30oh weightage would be allocated by the members of the DSC as under:- 1. Chairman 40% 2. Two Members each 30% Further the DSC would assess the applicants as under:- 1) Relevantqualifrcation/experience 30% 2) Knowledge/Skill relevancy 40o/o 3) Personality /Interpersonal 30% Communication skills |
