yes for example if there are 20 seats top 100 will be called.
This criteria(for BPS 5-15) was developed for WAPDA which was also applicable to PESCO but government has also introduce new rules in Jan 2015(Test 70%, 20% interview, 10% Academics). Now it depends which rule PESCO officials follow.

These were for BPS-17 only. 1 month pehly hui i think. Baqi koi b nhi huay as per my info.

Ho b sakta ha as i discussed with them har dept k heads jo interview lety ha wo aik sath available nhi hoty. Our interview was delayed thrice with one week gap.

it depends on your cadre like technical(LS, SSO etc) or non-technical(clerks, Accountants etc). Promotions of technical staff is fast as compare to non-technical staff in NTDC. I don't know exact duration but if you have higher qualification then you will be promoted soon. First concentrate on your interview.
