As said by atta ch that process is delayed because of promotion is not a right because the time post were advertised Director admin was raja mustafa hyder who in november then promoted as deputy secretery in cabinet division ... so the post of director admin was left vacant to recruitment by fresh appointment advertised in ad. So it is clear that promotions are already done.. now its upto you people to decide what to do..

Dear Taimur, it is for sure promotions have not done... only three directors are working in drap who are permanent directors, others are against the post, promotions have to be announced...

Yes bro write editorial in dawn about their hypocricey.we have paid huge amount to nts 2nd time.but getting nothing.please do something or go to cort.its time to do something

In first test I got 74 marks. This time got 5th position against 52 posts... This is really tragic. There is some other reason not promotion. Because their is no promotion quota against post of Data Entry Operator so they can call them . . It is a single example but there should be many posts for which no promotion quota exists.

Dear Taimur it is confirm that appointment are delayed because of promotion issues. as u said that Dr Mustafa Hyder was working as Director Hr and then promoted and transfered in Cabinet division; first thing is Dr Mustafa Hyder is not promoted he was working on deputation in DRAP and then transfer in Cabinet Division on Deputation as well. Basically he is a Surgen and employee of CDA Hospital. we are working in Fedral Government Ministries and knows every thing in better way. So it is requested to all of you please calm down there is noting wrong in all process and only the reason is promotion issues becuase it is right of the existing employee those are working from last 20 to 25 years they have to be promoted first becuase after promotions they will be considered seniors than the newly employed employees.

You are right and i know you know better. But brother why they didn't think of it for the whole year they took as they knew they had to appoint new heads, why all sudden when the process finalized??
You as a govt servant know better no post can be advertised till it is vacant so for these 192 posts if they promote the existing employees won't it effect the number of vacancies????
