You as a govt servant know better no post can be advertised till it is vacant so for these 192 posts if they promote the existing employees won't it effect the number of vacancies????
dear actually as u know that DRAP is now as autonomous body as approved by Zardari Government. And service structure was approved in 2014 in which 13 division was approved and against these divisions various posts were also approved as mentioned in advertisement.

But the situation is before the approval of the DRAP as authority it was working as Drugs Registration Board within the ministry of health. After the 18th Amendment of Constitution Minstry of Health was dissolved and then Drugs registration board was also dissolved. But there was number of employees were working in this board. Some of the employees was shifted in provinces in provisional health ministries. And rest of the employees was still on Federal Government Pool than Ministry of Health Regulations and Coordination was established by Nawaz Government and rest of employees were adjusted in newly established ministry.
After the establishment of DRAP all the remaining employees were posted in this but against there own BPS System as civil servant. But in the service rules of authority the new appointment will be on RO structure Basis not on BPS basis. So at present there are two types of service structure exists in DRAP . one is BPS which are the existing employees of drugs board which have already dissolved and other is RO basis (newly appointed).
Now there are two types of employees with their own cadre seniority means if there are two posts of deputy director then 50:50 Ratio will be counted.
means 1 employees with be appointed through director recruitment and 1 thorough promotion. and now the question is if the newly appointed employee will join before the promotion of existing employee then new employee will be considered senior than the existing employee. By Rule first promotion will be made then new appointments will be hired to maintain the seniority issues.

So first existing employees will be promoted then new appointments will be issued. I think now the complete clarification is made in above extent for better understanding of process. So calm down becuase all the summaries have been approved for new appointments just waiting for promotion of existing employees and board is scheduled in last week of march hen promotions will be notified then new appointment letters will be issued.

You are right brother but why they don't issue the letters for the lower posts then as they don't have any promotion quota ??

Some one has filed a case against DRAP in wafaqi mohtasib that why they changed criteira from 50% to 40%.thats why process may be delayed for indefintite time period and now the whole process is dependnt upon court's decision.

Can b right information coz those candidates who secured 50 PC and no any other could do for same post,they have reservations that they can lose opportunity.

I applied for AD post ....I secured 47 % marks.....So obviously i was not shortlisted.
Now when DRAP announced internship programme, i applied again.
Now they have sent me call letter for interview...
Any other who has interview ?
