Beyond doubt you are right but recruitment process is always slow. Because of internal & external hurdles.

He assured me, he has been serving on the seat since last 23 years,
Number of times I have asked from him that Pay protection is only the reason that I am agree to leave SUPARCO.
He stated that SUPARCO is a commission, it means you have no concern with AG Sindh / AGPR, but pay protection is your right as you have come through proper channel, He even asked me to show my pay slip, I shown him, He confirmed me than You may come.
while there is a big difference between my Basic Pay and others,
My basic pay at SUPARCO was Rs.15425/-
The basic pay of SOA at SHC for fresh candidates is Rs.7490/-
Assistant Registrar even told me that I would be having 19th stage of increment.
After meeting with Assistant Registrar, than I decided to join SHC as there is difference of about Rs.18,000/- per month.
Have joined SHC now? We have heard few SOAs have left the job due to tough conditions? How is that? How is working enviroment in the SHC and job timing?

You are right, some appointees have resigned form Karachi and Sukkur as well, I asked from one of them, he was serving in EOBI from 1100 to 1500 hrs (due to PR) Salary: Rs.31,000/- he was MBA from SZABIST and studying in LLB 2nd Year, so he did not feel good in SINDH HIGH COURT.
While the environment varies Branch to Branch, there are some Judicial branches, where there is tough work, at present they are sorting the old files etc (bit labor work too), and the colleagues who are posted in Non-Judicial Branches are having relax environment of office work.
I am posted in Admin Branch, it is the most favorite branch of the High Court Staff who wants to work in Non-Judicial Branches,
While here punctuality is being followed and the Superiors are very conscious about the Punctuality of the sub ordinates.
Overall I am feeling well, while I came from SUPARCO (A well known Government Organization)

One of my superiors told me that the promotion of BPS-15 has no concern with the JCA (to be inducted) because New Seats have been created for JCA. This is the only info which I could give you.
