Talked to IHC Deputy Registrar. If the Orders have been passed then we can apply for a copy through CP Form by placing a Rs 10 Ticket in the Cpoy Br of IHC or otherwise we can wait for the fixed date of hearing or one of the parties either Waseem Jamal or Fed.Govt. can request through an Application to decide the case at priority since the matter is resolved. Now, we need to contact Waseem Jamal Sb to request him to move an application.

Now only thing I hope is seats remain intact as advertised and requisition doesn’t get cancelled because of the promotions granted.

I talked to Mr Waseem Jamal. He said the application of withdrawal is ready. he shall submit application to IHC hopefully coming week after an approval of the rest. i wish all of you best of luck!!

whether fpsc add islamabad quote after fixing it as per ihc decision in coming posts and complete ongoing recruitment as already advertised or cancel all ongoing recruitment and readvertise all posts whose result not yet announced with islamadad qouta

As per waseem jamal, he has submitted an application last week through his lawyer and waiting for a hearing to be fixed. Now a lwayer can explain how much time it takes for the hearing to be fixed or someone inquire from IHC. It doesnt seem fair to share his number on this forum.
