if they issued interview letter only phd then no chance for me because i m master. mujh ko yah smjhah nhi ati ka advertisnment ma likha tha age less then 28 , mana aaj tak asa bunda nhi dakha jo phd ho or us ki age 28 years sa kum ho.

Default Shortlisted candidates
Total candidates applied were over 4000, out of whom 107 have been shortlisted for interviews. Interview will be held in a couple of days and finally 40 will join PC as Fellows by as early as October. Good Luck to every one who has been shortlisted for the next stage.

It seems they have deliberately held themselves back from disclosing the remuneration for the position in the email. They are seeking candidates who have no other career plans during this one year means those selected should stick to this job until its completion. In this scenario they should pay a reasonable salary given the fact that there seems no prospect of continuation of the job and is something purely on contract.
