you shouldn't be....as they have not asked for the documents....
moreover, i haven't attached any of my documents too.......

One of the point of Terms & Conditions on NTS website...
Candidates shall present original documents, along with a set of attested copies of all relevant documents, at the time of interview in case any of the documents found fake or bogus, candidature of the particular candidate will stand cancelled.

So, no need to worry........

nope a simply BA can't apply for 14 scale he/she should be B.A with English 200 Marks plus English Literature 200 Marks or B.A with shahadat-ul-Aimia
