can some one tell me what does it mean "Grade equivalent to BPS"???? i think these two are the same thing then what is the scene???

Yes I faced the same problem, this is because of your picture size. picture with dimension of 1.5 x 1.5 is acceptable so edit your picture size and try again.

You don't need to sign up again as you are already registered, so sign in/log in by using your CNIC no and password.

same happened with me, its not working now when u submitt once, i called NTS about this query but they are unable to answer it, i guess we should print out the application form and fill up the remaining part by hand.
