Yes interviews are expected to be concluded on May 5Th . And it is expected as few friends suggest that within a week after the conclusion of interviews , the letters would start getting received .

How did panel aware of your CSS attempts and their results?
How did you tell them about your CSS experience?
Is it good to mention css attempts in jobs interviews other than interview of CSS?

i have an engineering degree .Will this be negative point for me in interview for this kind of job?
Please suggest me the best answer for the question like "Why do you want to join MOFA?

The panelists asked me gentleman why you opted to do masters in Literature , for becoming a lecturer or for doing css as most of literature graduates do this masters with this intention or you had an aura for literature. I said sir I had an interest in literature and secondly I went for literature after having heard that it proves instrumental for CSS.
The next they asked in Urdu.
Tu phir kia CSS ?
I said yes Sir I took attempt and cleared css , though i missed the allocation with a narrow margin. Yes if you have cleared it , then it makes good impression.
Like they gave comments to me k
Ap ka CSS experience ap k 81 acores say reflect ho rha hay .

Though they did not ask me this question. But if they had asked, I would have said that Sir first of all securing a reasonable job in public sector is my immediate concern and this job of Assistant in MOFA fulfills my this ambition. Secondly, sir MOFA is a prestigious department and working with it in any capacity is in itself an honor . Besides this , I will be having a chance to work in a better atmosphere where I can make a better use of my abilities and can get my skills properly utilized and polished.

In my opinion, one should not put his own concern in front of the panel first, while mentioning reason for joining MOF. Because, it will give an impression of selfishness and greediness. And, needs may change overtime. So, if they had asked me this question I would have told them that as the peaceful and gracious existence of a country on the globe is dependent heavily on its foreign affairs so i want to be a part of it by utilizing my abilities to the utmost to fulfill this national responsibility and then of-course that I have chosen public sector as my career etc.

Hasnain . You have said almost the same which I mentioned. But would disagree with the first part of your statement.
They interview panelist are always experienced ,professional and well exposured in their field. They know the difference between rhetoric and reality. That's why it is always desirable to be realistic and they appreciate it. If someone starts making a rhetorical speech , they often ask come to the point why actually you have chosen to get this job. For example when for intrview of AD Anti Narcotics I made such speech as you have mentioned. They said gentleman come to the point which is concrete , leave the abstracts and rhetoric.

i think no body can conclude exectly the mind set of interviewer... we should just restrict our views around posotive statements... luck also matters so kept strong faith in Allah. HE will Grant success..
