I don't agree with statement being blamed on LDA. LDA recruits purely on merit basis, as the recruitment process is purely transparent which can not be challenged. It's one of those transparent institutions which displays merit lists for the final allocation.

Well academics marks are bit tricky in this whole process.if someone has done simple B.A. and M.A. with any arts subjects
,he can easily have more percentage marks than those who chose difficult fields for their graduation and for masters..its definitely good opportunity for them with a little bit more effort they can also score high in test.Also there are some universities from which you have to work really hard for 70% but some institutions just blessed their students with lot of numbers.but in the whole we must appreciate LDA because atleat they have a open criteria for selecting the candidates..

Test will be comprise on 100 MCQs. Past papers are not available as test is being taken by NTS and they do not let candidates to take questions book with them after the test.

Lahorianbhai please mra ik question h u have almost 14 month experiance as assistant network engineer in a small company and I have experience certificate .should I mention my this experience is LDA forms but I am nervous to mention because I think it is not relevant for general cadre post.

786zee it does not matter for NTS test whether you have any experience or not but in interview, panel may ask you why you want to do this job which is totally different from your education and experience but in my opinion for AD (GC) anyone with at least 16 years of education in any field can apply and can be selected.
