Mr. Sohail Abdullah’s reply when asked about candidates who aren’t notified for country change.
“Only selected candidates are directed to apply for the Turkish universities, please be patient, and do not worry we are working for your placement too. Very soon we will inform you too.

wot did he mean? will they place everybody to different countries who is selected for france ? means france is totally eliminated???

Yes, France is totally eliminated. HEC will reallocate all the candidates to different countries. This happened because of french agency's failure to facilitate HEC's candidates as per contract.

Hello mates,

I have completed my M.phil studies and want to do my Phd from abroad. Is there anybody who can tell me about the procedures and process for availing scholarship and when will HEC announce scholarships for Phd students?

hi everybody,

I think HEC directed you all to foreign funded scholarships awarded by turkey. you can check it on the "foreign funded scholarships" on HEC's website.

Dear All,

Is HEC following any criteria for change of country at this stage or is it being done randomely? Because candidates from same disciplines have been treated differently, some of them selected for Turkey and others not.
