yes u can apply.on the page where they ask for scores it is written that will u apply for the english language test epe which is taken by turkish university.just tick on that box.

IELTS and GRE are compulsory to get admission in Turkey. We are the victims of HEC. Sohail Abdullah continiously instructed us that IELTS and GRE are waived for HEC scholar but we were rejected on the basis of not having these score.

Its very sad Bashir. I am transferred from France to Turkey in Social Science cat. and HEC has instructed me to take admission in Spring 2013. Mr. Sohail has also informed me that 03 universities (out of 04) will consider your NTS-GAT score in respect of GRE, but English proficiency test is still required. What do you say as you have gone through this experience.

Yes it is right.I have asked from the universities and the students studying in those universities.They have said that GAT-GENERAL score is acceptable instead of GRE and either you give IELTS/TOEFL or give English proficiency test which is taken by that university to which you are applying.I asked from sabanci university that at-least you should have 60% score in GAT.

as for as ITU is concerned I have not contacted them yet because they require IELTS AND GRE both.You can see the universities websites.there is alot of useful information there,Regarding how to apply,when to apply and required documents etc

Dear Friends,

Does anyone have a list of scholars who were transferred to Turkey from France.
Specially the scholars who got admission in Turkey because if we can get information about their admission experience, it will be helpful. Hasan saud mentioned about such an admitted friend.

dear jawad I don't think there is much difficulty regarding applying to turkish universities.while applying to french universities.I went almost made.because there sites were difficult to search and applying was also cumbersome.All the details are on the websites of the universities.I found it really easy to find information on that.I think applications have not started yet to turkish universities.
