You should apply for it without wasting any more time. I should not say this but let me say it in your help that people have got their passports even within a week, but, through other means. They were either lucky enough to have one of their relatives in passport office or they utilized the so called 'agent' facility available at almost every passport office. You should think from this perspective because normal procedure may cost you this great opportunity.

Yes, I personally collected the letter from IPC on 6th August. Bro. IPC does not pay a single penny not does it provide any job guarantee on return.

Anyone else who have been offered admission in Xiamen University? Please contact me my email and facebook id is in my profile.
And I have seen in previous posts, members discussing about verification of degree by HEC and Police clearance certificate. Both of these are not mentioned on our admission notice or visa application.

Dear Members
Hope you are in the best of your health. On 7th August 2013 i called at IPC to inquire whether i have been selected or not for the Cultural Exchange Scholarship in China. Mr. Anwar Farooq Sadozai picked up my call and He told me yes my name is there and they are going to dispatch offer letter.

So far i have not received any letter and i am worried whether it has been misplaced by Post Man. Several time i called IPC but they are not picking my phone... My status was alternative candidate in Business Management... Any one who also have same problem ... ???

police certificate is requirement for visa, it is also mentioned on embassy website and you also need to get your highest degree attested by HEC. I would suggest you to apply for both immediately as it requires time.

well only IPC personnel can help you in this regard. Try calling them again and again.

I have heard I can get it attested within a day form HEC regional office Lahore? And what about our medical fitness certificate? Do we need to provide the original certificate we sent copies of which earlier?
Kindly please can someone provide the list of Things to do in a single post in bullet points? It will be helpful for all of us.

which city are you from? for lahore you need to visit ssp office and all the procedure is done over there. you need a copy of your cnic, passport and two snaps for that.
i 've heard that attested copy of only highest degree is required but im not sure abbout it. if you need to get all your degrees attested from your respective board then it will require time.
Well i've also submitted my docs with HEC lahore office and they gave me time of around 9 days,maybe its due to eid. On regular days you can get your degree attested from Lahore office in 3 working days. Sorry dont know about the medical certificate query.

You need three snaps, 2 copies of ID card and one copy of first two pages of Pasport, they will give two forms one in eng and other in urdu, fill it at the same time and submit, they will dispatch this to your respective police station and give you a diary slip, to get the certificate back on prescribed dates.
