I dont feel like going to Turkey and Thailand, that is the other options available other than USA, that is why chose only one.

It is mention in the documents that Research Proposal is needed so I am also confused about Research Proposal.

but choice is better thn nothing, for USA there will be tough competition and also their entry requirements are very tough as compare to Turkey and Thailand. anyways, its your choice.
I am also confused in proposal, how to prepare and what is level of proposal, it may be general or focused on pakistan
help of seniors in this regard is highly appreciated.

France is not for 16 years education, we need 18 years education for france.
Last year Overseas scholarship (Batch-IV) awarded for France on 16 Years education basis..

Last year France was spiked due to the fact that France do not want to take students for MS leading to PhD. Those who were shortlisted for France were shifted to Turkish Universities. This was happened with Batch IV.

Dear Lenovo,
It is said that you are not eligible to if you are availing any other scholarship then you can't apply for this scholarship.
you said you have Just applied for that scholarship. It does not mean that you are availing that scholarship. So understand the difference of Availing and applied.
You are eligible to apply for this scholarship

Dear friends,

I have applied online and was successfully applied , provided by the application number. now from where i can get online application form.

now what to do further , should i send my all documents , cv , proposal and challan copy .

yes it is mandatory and it is not that much difficult to make.just copy others c.v and write your particulars.

you can get print of form by signing in to your account on HEC portal and send it with all required documents.

I am from Business Education group..........last year Merit for applicants from Punjab having 18 year education was 61..........what are the expectations how much this merit will rise.......

what should be the minimum marks in GAT General( not 50 as a requirement ) to get selected ?
