No they will not consider GAT, Is this requirement for Master degree or PhD degree?? so GRE is compulsory

i think they will take about 3-4 Months to announce cut off merit list

they will anounce probably in the month of December or start of January 2013. no, the research topics will be assigned by Supervisors when we start our studies. now, they just want to know that How much we are familiar with research, and can we make research proposal in proper way.

its for postgraduate degree program, not sure about PHD. I thnk entry requirements are same for Masters as well PHD.
No dear, they will annouce it soon, as the they are too late to announce the batch 5. so hopefully it will be announce in early january

be sure that no any other candidate is submitting the same proposal, and in interview you should have to defend your proposal which you have submitted. so its better to submit your own prepared.
