Like we have submitted two semester fees to our university now how much we will get back?

Laptop funds will not be given to those students who already have the facility by shahbaz sharif laptop scheme....

I had submitted my deficiency documents in september 2014

HEC transferred my funds in december 2014 but Pakistan Post did not delivered my award letter to me. I emailed HEC they responded a bit late told me that i should contact my univ i contacted the univ and they confirmed that funds have been tranfered by HEC.
I got my award letter from post office and now completing the documents.
there are 300000 for stipends
60000 for laptop
10000 for books
200000 for tutuion fee
total 570000

This 570000 is total MS scholarship ? i myself did not get letter nor any response from uni, so what should i do now ?

That's an handsome amount after a long long wait.
But I want to make it clear would we get the fee which we have already submitted back or not?
HEC never responds to my emails.

I think they don't really bother to inquire even someone has got laptop earlier or not.
They are too much slow.

Your scholarship start from the date of your commencement of classes or from the date of this scholarship annocement whichever is later. So you can calculate your lumsum amount to be released by hec. For the laptop and other things unviersity will do the necessary Documentation and the cases will be dealt accordingly.

you should go to ur university officer dealing with indigenous scholar. and keep mailing to hec metioning ur identification number.
they will respond but bit late

Yes u will get ur fee and all stipends and book allowances for previous 2 year IA

It means they transferred funds after 3 moths from the date of submission of documents. On this pace we may expect them to transfer our funds in march approximately..........


I think they'll refund tuition fee only. Thanks God my university doesn't demand fee from HEC scholars as refunding is usually lengthy and tiresome process at public sector unis of Pakistan

can anybody tell me what if someone is facing difficulty in securing admission in phd program what should he do ? i emailed hec that i faced difficulty in securing admission in phd because of which there's a gap of one year in my studies now after completing my masters. they replied that provide us as a proof written documents of where you have applied. whereas, the scenario is i went to different universities, met with their professors and told them i want to apply for phd in their university. they replied me that we have limited seats, since you are young and don't have much experience so your profile is not strong enough to secure admission so no need to apply here. now from where should i get the written documents as a proof since they refrained me from applying even? what should i reply to HEC?
any senior hec scholar remarks in this regard would be worth admiring
