Because for phd there are limited seats and i don't have much experience. they prefer experienced candidates i.e someone having past teaching experience etc.

Well no need to take the advice from any professor of any university. I know a number of people who are doing PhD right after their Masters. So I will suggest you to just apply in any university and as HEC has asked for proof, you can send those application forms to them. But there is no rule in any university that it is compulsory to have experience. just apply, appear in test and hope for the bets!!

They are just misguiding you. Don't listen to them. Most of universities advertise their admissions via news papers and web etc. therefore just follow the procedures mentioned there and don't listen to anybody. I do suggest such misguiding professors should be sent to Mars with no return ticket.huh

Default HEC misplaced my documents
After number of visits to HEC now they inform me that they misplaced my file having all documentation related to Indigenous Scholarship since May 2014. So what should i do now????????????????????

Ask them the way out. If they ask then furnish all documents again. If they refuse to help in any case then email to chairman HEC.
