I personally am not applying for indigenous scholarship, waiting for overseas scholarships instead (faculty development program for UESTPs, Chinese govt. Scholarship and Fulbright Scholarship), but my knowledge is basically limited to my own field i.e. Electrical Engineering, can't generalize this info to be relevant to all fields. I'll suggest you should seek a second opinion from seniors in your own field. They'll be able to guide you better.

A.A Fellows.
i am doing M.Phil from Lahore Leads University .
My programme is weekend programme and i am doing my job as EST in Punjab education Department sine july 2009 and have completed fours of job ,, but my department allow me leave after completin five years of job.
My University fee is just 25000 per semester after concession ,/
What should i do now? apply pr not?
is that scholarship announce HEC every year?

kindly tell me if I apply for this scholarship and get selected but will not avail this opportunity then can I apply for hec overseas scholarship or not?

CGPA is excellent but GAT score is poor. Still you can apply and resit in coming GAT and hope for a better score. HEC will consider the better score.

I got admission in M Phil in Pakistan Institute of Development Economics. My Classes will begin from 28th August. Its only M Phil and NOT PHD. Am i still eligible for HEC Scholarships? Because some people say the scholarships are for PHD alone and some says that its for M Phil too.
