Default two years graduation degree and two years masters
I have a question. I have two years graduation degree and two years masters degree. Cam it be a problem in admission in France? As internationally there is just four years graduation degree.

I think there will be no problem. They will count both which are equivalent to 4 years graduation. So you can get admission into their Mater Program..

Dear fellows please guide me regarding hec overseas schlorship ms leading to phd schlorships which require maximum two second divisions throughout academic career. I have second division in inter and graduation ( so two second divisions ) and 2.3 in masters. Guide me regarding 2.3/4. Does it fall in first or second division in masters? Waiting for guidance.

2.3/4 its 2nd division if u count in annual system

With 2.3/4 you are not eligible to apply for HEC Scholarship. As minimum requirement for applying for scholarship is that you have 2.5/4 in your Master degree or 4 year Undergraduate program.

My GAT Score is 79 and i am from KPK... last year cut off was 74 for KPK. I have done BBA Hons In Feb 2014 and currently working in Bank Al Habib Ltd.

74 was the cut off score for Social Sciences i guess, while your field is management sciences.

What is meant by 90 % ?
On HEC website they said they will pay tuition fees, stipend , and a return ticket so what is missing ?
