not every one is selected i know one of my friend he is not selected. my country is turkey istambol university any one know the next step?

Default Which type of merit???
I am quiet confused with the way the merit list is prepared. last year my GAT score was 65 but FATA merit was 70. this time i applied with 81 and cut off merit in FATA in any field is no where near 81. but no seat is allocated to physical sciences this year to FATA so my 81 score and my telecom degree has become nothing more than a piece of s*** under HEC regime. it's policies has become beyond comprehension. does this mean that merit has not been prevailed in it's entirety this time. they will change policies and the applicants will pay for it.
