Default lost my gat result card
i appeared in april 2013 for gat but unfortunately i have lost result card somewhere. now what is the solution?

HEC has written in FAQs

HEC Overseas Scholarships are primarily intended for PhD applicants, with Masters funding also available only if that is required for the PhD. Candidates having MS/MPhil (18 years qualification) will be preferred.

What does it mean? This is for 16 years education completed student then why they have said this?

secondly what is research proposal based on indigenous issue? Do we have to give our complete proposal of research we want to do in our Masters?

thirdly HEC has mentioned select only those programs which are leading to PHD. How to know which MS/MPHIl program is leading to PHD?

16 years education back ground students can apply for this scholarship.

At this stage you have submit your research proposal, after selection you can change also. No worries.

Most of the universities offer MPhil Leading to PhD programs, just to get information from the relevant universities.

Which French universities we can select for HEC scholarship, as there are some Public and some private universities in France? Will it be selected by candidate or HEC?
