Hey guys!

What happens when a selected candidate writes three universities in the application form and he does not get selected in anyone of those universities? :O
I mean his scholarship is cancelled or he is given an opportunity to enroll in another university?

In previous years cultural exchange scholarship threads I have seen people offered admission in universities other than their preferred list.
I too have a very bad transcript (due to some reasons) and I am afraid of the same thing. For me it will be deal breaker if they offer a program in Chinese, that too in a low or average ranked university of their choice, I would rather do MBA or MS from Pakistan as part time.

Universities in China are not all that bad. for example if your search for Peking University, Tsinghua University and Fudan University, they are really world-class universities.
I myself had the same reservations as yours but then when I researched their universities they are enjoying a very good reputation in QS world ranking even far better than Turkish and Italian universities.

Now my point is that I am an electronics engineer with 3 years of experience I want to do MBA. I hope they give me admission in a good MBA program.

Yes I have searched and found them to be really good. Some of my friends have gone to Malaysia, Australia and Germany with engineering faculty rankings of 134, 178 and 215. In Asian ranking NUST is ranked at 129, so looking these I have decided a criteria which is
1- Should be ranked in top 100 Asian universities .
2- Should be ranked in top 200 engineering faculty (NUST is ranked at 398).
3- Program should be in English.

I hope you and me get what is best for us.

Yes you are right someone with bachelors from NUST should aim for a university which is atleast better in ranking than NUST. However what if we select three universities in China which fulfill your above criteria and we don't get selected..:O That could be a real deal breaker. but let's see what ALLAH has for us in pipeline.
