I need your advice. I'm a Govt. teacher in BPS-9. Should I quit this job if I'm selected for scholarship??

Better take paid/unpaid leave and obtain NOC from your department for taking scholarship.

If we take this scholarship then we will have to sign a bond to serve 3 years (for MS students) in Pakistan upon degree completion. Is there an employment offer like in case of UESTP program of HEC at completion?

They just pick a certain number of top scorers from a province regardless of their discipline.

Then you have to dissolve your contract (I don't know how much time it takes to do so, but if possible do so in August so you stay employed until then).
