Sorry to break everyone's hope but merging 2022 post with 2020 post cannot be done. Legal aspect involved and secondly, even if it did happen, the number of candidates for the combine posts might cross 50k. How the hell is kppsc going to conduct the exam then? Please focus on your prep people

Finally some good news. On monday kppsc bill 2021 is going to be presented in kp assembly and the aim of this bill is to make sure screening exams of any sort taken by kppsc should not be questioned in any court of law. Much needed legislation

I'm no law expert by any means but I think it means those screening tests on which appointments have already been made cannot be challenged in court.

No appointment have been made yet in pms 2020-21 so it can be challenged.

Hopefully someone with better knowledge can give insight.

Agreed. Will wait for today session of assembly. I have also requested some of my friends associated with the legal community to look into this and explain it in a simple language
