AOA, Normally in FPSC when a job is advertised and if it requires lets say 2 years of experience mentioned (governmental), then, can a guy who doesnt have the experience apply? given that he has 18 years of education and the job eligibility was 16 years, I heard it from some one that FPSC considers 18 years of edu as 2 years of experience if it required 16 yrs edu. Kindly share your valuable thoughts.

I have been told that a group of screening test qualifiers are challenging the decision of cabinet regarding the screening test policy.
