yes, in online apply they ask for "EXAM CENTER" in Profile portion.
In form also, you can see in Q10, there is Examination centre option.

Here is the PMS KPK Ad, visit PMS KPK ad, usually we send the form and documents to the ad authority, same is the case with CSS... : )

Cancel other domicile if you have. Just keep the fata domicile then no problem.

Last time PMS 2011 was from 17.1.2011 to 2.2.2011 i.e 17 days exam...

Last time PMS advertisement last date to apply was 03-09-2010 and
exam started from Monday 17.01.2011, i.e, after 4 months and 15 days
aprox.
This time last date to apply is 01.01.2013 so this time most probably
PMS will be from Monday 13.05.2013 (13 May 2013) or 20.05.2013 (20 May
2013) aprox....
