Nice to see various discussions here,some friends are doing great job by guiding new aspirants its a great act.

i have few questions kindly reply these.

1. One should apply online or on prescribed form which one is preferred.

2.I want to Join Police Service is there any way for police after qualifying PMS.

3.Those who will qualify PMS in which departments they will be recruited.

4.Kindly mention Departments name one can join after qualifying PMS.

for example as in CSS one can join foreign service,police service,custom etc etc

and Thanks to all for cooperation and kindness.

In my humble opinion prescribed form is a better idea

You will be inducted as PMS Officer ie either in field as DDRO , AC ,APO, APA or as section officer. On promotion you can serve on same posts as DMG within KPK.
2 posts of ETO for Zone 4 and 5 only
Police is not mentioned in the ad

Dear as far as your prep strategy is concerned so in my opinion you should pick up your favourite subject first, it will be fruitful in building up your stamina and then later on you will enjoy your study. Be relaxed and start your study with positive mind. goodluck

How many chances are available for a single person in PMS?
In How many Subjects (optional and Compulsory) a candidate expect to be appear?

1. exam will hopefully held in May 2013
2.Three chances.
3. 6 compulsory
optional subject you can opt 3 subject of 200 marks each or can opt 6 subect carrying 100
marks each or combination of them comprising 600 marks same like css optional subjects

for all those aspirants of PMS 2013...online application is the simplest and time saving process...i applied online and also submitted the form along with the required docs...after filling my form i submitted the fee of rs 300(285+15) in Islamabad NBP of secretariate branch...you can also submit fee in any NBP branch nearest to you after getting print and filling your name of challan from the website ....this whole process just take 10 min of mine from applying online to fee submission and closing the application package ...hope you dont waste your this precious time any more...
