Terms & Conditions
i) Pay package fixed pay Rs.30,000/-P.M

ii) Period of Contract:The period of his/her contract shall be one year extendable at the maximum to the project life subject to satisfactory performance of the appointee

iii) He/she will work against the post for which he/she has been recruited and will not be transferred to any other post in the project or to any other station

iv) His/her contract will be liable to termination on 15 days notice (if his/her performance was found unsatisfactory or payment of 15 days salary in lieu thereof by either side with immediate effect

v) He/she can resign from the post on 15 days prior notice failing which would lead for forfeiting of the monthly salary in case of acceptance of resignation all projects assets shall immediately be handed over the concern DMO

vi) He/she shall be responsible for the losses (occurring to the project or Assess by him/her and will be liable to disciplinary action/Recovery)

vii) services rendered/to be rendered by him/her under the present contract shall not qualify for any pension/Gratuity

viii) He/she will be entitled for leave as per Government rules.

ix) being a project post,there shall exist no relative seniority in his/her case in relation to the other regular or temporary employees

x) He/she will not divulge either directly or indirectly,to any person any knowledge or information of a confidential nature which he may acquire concerning the affairs, property, enterprise and the undertaking of the project during the course of his/her services

xi) the joining time of this offer is 15 days failing which,the offer will stand cancelled and the next candidate on the merit list will be consider for appointment

from when we will be consider salaried person???i mean kab se salary start hogi any idea???

but they told me to get letter from their office on monday :/ what should i do now?
