Brother all the things in above mentioned text of letter are general. All this text and list of selected candidates will be there in Peshawar, so I think letter in hand will not be mandatory, just name in the selected list will be enough, they will check it, we will have to fill a form, sign it, attach medical certificate and submit it in the Peshawar office. This is my guess.

agree but i don't think that there will be a need for medical certificate
