Your pashto is quite right. I dont know why people laugh at you, may be your dialect difference. If you are punjabi speaking then surely there is problem of accent. However keep it up, may be we see a great pashto poetess/writer in future.

Nice discussion! Well it is always fun when a non-pashtun speaks pashto. Here is a Hindko speaking Hazara working with us and we really enjoy him speaking pashto although he has spent about ten years among us(Pashtuns) yet he can't speak pashto effeciently. i 'll agree with Imad that it is a tough job learning pashto. But Where there is a will there is a way. So Keep learing, writing and speaking pashto.
