Yes Finally , my degree is attested ,by HEC ,
2 documents , degree and final transcript, cost = 1600 Rs. Time , approx half day. i.e. from 8 -11 am to 3-4 pm.

no need to get verification from IBCC , if you are from BISE.

And that from LAHORE H.E.C. office, Good luck if you can find it.
It is near MM ALAM Road , Kalma chowk , [15 minute distance]

Complete procedure from HEC Lahore please...which could help me to save some time of mine. Counters, payments, receipts etc.

Mere pass result card ha b.a ka. Just wo hi attest krwa lun ya photocopies bhi?
Plus i did graduation from university of sargodha do i need any kind of verification?

better go early in the morning i.e before 8 to avoid wait.

better to get a copy of result card attested as they have asked for a verified copy.....i myself got a copy attested too.

Please tell me what to prepate related to nab any acts etc?
As i was busy in pms so couldnt prepare anything for interview.
