there was no need to call the candidates for interviews.offer letters should have been dispatched at their addresses.for 05 sindh urban DD posts 07 candidates have been called.i have never seen nor heard such a ratio to be applied for interview in any organisation. thts a mockery of recruitment procedure.interestingly, 03 out of 07 candidates called for interviews have lesser marks than me in written test and every body knows that psychological test was not a hard nut to crack.even ISSB had declared me successful in a 3 hrs psychological test conducted for NAB in 2007.
Standard ratio for interviews has always remained 1:3 that is minimum 3 candidates for 1 post.but who bothers to follow??naqarkhanay main tooti ki awaz kaun sunta hay!!

in balochistan 10 candidates are called against 5 posts of AD, and 2:1 seems reasonable enough

In Punjab, cut off marks have been 64 for boys and 62 for girls apart from minority quota.
