Well my reply would be that the main reason is that i want to be a part of the system which can help to eradicate corruption from Pakistan and don't want to be a person which is sitting out side and just criticizing the system.

what do you say?

Because NAB is an organization that offers opportunities for learning and a lot of exposure on a national level.

Now they might ask "how"

Simply reply once you are evaluating and investigating cases of top bureaucrats, politicians and other riches, you might to get know of things in a much clearer way than in any other organization.

With this exposure and your skills set, you can devise various methods and solutions to curb corruption and NAB is the only forum where you can also implement these methods...

Interview will be general as the candidates from Sindh has shared....

It will vary according to candidate background.... but it will not be knowledge based......

So it means that there may be less chances of any shift in the merit wise list?? I think they just want people to come and show their willingness. This is my personal guess.//

If your name is in the list then you should not be worried of not recieving the interview letter or call yet. still couple of days are there and you will get letter tommorrow or may be next day INSHALLAH...

those who qualified for both the posts were only called for the post of AD, and they would obviously be selected for Assistant Director, their replacements will probably be filled by the remaining candidates who were called for JIO only

Yes, mostly chances are that the people selected according to the current merit list until someone make major blunder in interview....
