very good marks...but victim of nepotism!!!
you are one of the potential candidate...u should condemn the hiring criteria of NAB...in order to get justice...

couldnt make it through to final stage after securing good marks though i was quite hopeful. NAB should explain how they have come up with psycchological test, what personality traits they wanted and how a candidate failed to qualify or else it will always remain dubious.

Some important points
1. Why candidates were given the chance to take 2nd psychological test?
2. What were the personality traits required by nab and why the result of psychological was not made public? 3. How can a person securing higher marks in written only be struck out by only using psychological test and what was the criterion. 4. The psychological test conducted clearly mentioned that there is no pass or fail. 5. All other departments conducting psychological test include a session with renowned psychologists whereas nab did not followed it. and the merit of written prevails. all other test like interview and psychological are given specific percentage. 6. Nab utilized the psychological test as a tool to accommodate a certain set op people. |
