it took less than 5 minutes and the environment was very casual.
result is expected by the end of this month and training will start immediately after result. the posts are permanent and salary would be as per government scale + 70% of basic pay (allowance)

After waiting whole day, my turn came,,,,,,,,,,and they asked very general questions like my family background, why u want to leave bank job and what motivates you in your life?

I enjoyed the interview and left the room with positive feelings.

Nab has advertised to hire instructors/directing staff for training of grade 16 to 19 officers/officials. seats may or may not be increased because there is also a procedure of refresher courses in many organizations and competent authority may nominate officers/officials already working in deptt for refresher courses. Nab has also advertised an EOI for institutes offering computer labs, classrooms, transport etc but they didn't mention anything about hostels/accommodation, which shows the importance of your relatives living at Islamabad. It is better to start rebuilding your relations with them by showing your deep affections so that they would bear you and provide you accommodation for 6 months. Instructors will submit there resumes upto 21st November for their appointments. It will take atleast 10 days for their recruitment. Thereafter, offers of appointment will be issued to the trainees, lets say upto 5th December. 15 days will be given as joining time. 20 to 25th December will be cut-off date to join.
Important Note:
Don't forget to bring your own under garments, socks, toothbrush as my personal experience says that no relative, no matter how close he is, will never let you use these things. You can use remaining however.

hahahahahaha...Yar so nice and so funny. You made me laugh very much by that important note at the end. As for as NAB matters i think you are right. They are going to wind up the process and recruiting all the necessary stuff at once. Our hiring and trainer hiring will be made side by side so that time does not get wasted any more and this process comes to its final conclusion.

I hv BBA (Hons) degree bt dont hv equilence. My MBA is complete bt din get degree yet. What shd i do? Are they accepting HONS degree?
