Salam. Congratulations to all selected candidates.
Guys! Please help, I am a little confused. What about the future of NAB. There was all sort of talk about this issue that NAC will replace NAB and so and so. Secondly, the recruits will be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per Express news of today i.e. 15-02-2013. Have you guys considered these things too? |

hesrtiest congratulations to all of you who got selected.
but just for integrity assesment of the result kindly go through the names of persons invited for interviews and tally them with names who have been selected. For instance in DDs you will find 9 extras in punjab. 3 in KPK and 1 in Balochistan..well done NAB. isnt it a food of thought for all of us. |

My advice
I see a lot of people have concerns about the bond issue. Bond is one of the tools to ensure the continuity of employees' service for the organization that spends alot of bucks in the process of their hiring and training in order to make them efficient to do their job up to the standards, thereby enriching their knowledge and skills for individual benefit. It is a kind of a deal brokered by two parties to serve their bilateral interest.
It is not just NAB to have imposed this requirement for its would-be employees, several public organizations that operate under tremendous pressure, exerted both internally and externally, demand for high productivity to escape damage to their reputations, stipulate the continuous services of new employees for 5 years to ensure that they complete the tasks assigned to them in a befitting manner and recover the cost borne on their training. Now what people have been saying here makes me remind of a famous saying “if wishes were horses, the poor would ride”. It does not really happen as we wish it to be, you cannot sideline this bond. It is strange that that these guys have not yet joined NAB, they are thinking about leaving it! What a pity!Please stop putting cart before the horse, first you join then think about leaving. Secondly, this is perhaps selfish of these people to have pleaded their sincerity with the organization to be committed with its battle against corruption and then spring out of this promise. Mind my words: do not join it if you think it is too hot to handle. Those who have not been selected should not lose hope, NAB job is not the only game in the town. Life is full of opportunities, you only need to make more efforts to explore a suitable one. |
