@ all lawyers
dears I donot know the purpose behind the post made by nargwaasi and I am also not agree with him that the para#X is incorporated due to the pressure from nab employees but I want to know where our future would stand in nab after acceptance of the entire terms of this letter?

Brother, my intentions are not for creating the panic again. You people have gone through a lot of tension and this post is definitely not for jobless candidates. Those who consider these conditions acceptable may ignore the post. The candidates, who are comparing present job with this one should clarify all the aspects before making any decision and that is the purpose behind the post you are guessing for. You should not ask for personal opinions, You should compare this letter with any of the other Federal or provincial Govt: pensionable job offer. In this letter, do you find the admissibility of pension? Once again, Mr. Naqvi is the right person to ask for.

Friends I need some clarifications. Hope someone on this forum can help in this matter:

1- "Jobs are on purely temporary basis", what is the logic behind this? I remember on the day of interview, I asked the person verifying our documents about the nature of these jobs. He said they are 100% permanent. Now we are having some different situation here.

2- "Extension of probation" (para - iii) : We will have 7 months training at Comsats and then 3 months on-job training. Now what does this extension in probation mean?

3- Your comments on para - iv

4- Para - vii: What if some one has weak eyesight (using glasses). And what if the medical board declares someone to be unfit?

5- para - x: This is the most confusing point. I am unable to understand this.

6- We have to intimate our acceptance by 28th Feb 2013. Do we need to do so in writing or we can do it by calling the concerned person on the number provided in the letter?

I would highly appreciate if somebody can help me in this matter.

what i can infer from point 1 and 2 is that for 1 year or (more) you will be on probation, that is why they have written that it is on purely temporary basis. while on the end of probation period they are likely to make you permanent.
