I understood it and I guess you didn't understand what I meant. It is the organization which decides when to call you. If you don't attend an interview on the date and time given anywhere in the world - You're out. You don't decide when you are available for an interview. People who are out of country and have no influence can't do a thing.

Stop defending wrong. Rules must be same for everyone. If you and I can't attend an interview even when given an extension then other people should get the chance. Typical Pakistani thinking is not going to work anymore.

I don`t have any info regarding psycho test. I never even called NAB office. It happened only once that they called me to send documents and i sent them. This forum is much helpful to me and I get all the info that even NAB officials will not give me officially

But I know they will not tell anybody without any source in NAB.

There was a guy or lady who was going to perform HUJ. They adjusted her/him for interview schedule then why not she. NAB has already told if a candidate cannot come on interview date then he/she must give a valid reason to accommodate further. May be she didn`t provide the valid reason or NAB is very keen to end the interviews ASAP. If she had used such influence after the interview date, then I had definitely condemned.

Because no list is published. And I mean a transparent recruitment policy for every department. The policy should be such that after any written test result, every candidate knows where he falls and what are the chances to go to next stage. It is decided randomly every where. No one knows that the persons who are getting calls are on what basis? At least there must have been a list of candidates whom they are going to call for interview so that rest of the candidates can relax.

Further, it should be in the policy that how many candidates to be called for a seat. Weightage of written, academics, experience and interview. But no one knows. It should have been in the advertisement.

I am not specific about NAB, I just support a fundamental transparent recruitment policy for every department.

How come only one girl received a call for interview from Punjab? it is really confusing..

Can you two please share your marks here..I am also from balochistan but live in Punjab...So it is possible that they may call balochistan candidates in lahore when they start intervieing punjab candidates..My marks were amongst the highest in Balochistan for AD and JIO....

@mir musa sahib do u know what are the cuttoff marks for AD GB FATA?
if the cut off marks were 64 then why they called even ppl with 50 marks thats unfair they should have decalred it way before cyco test
